I am fully dedicated to offer my clients with the care they expect whether at their home setting or at the clinic. I love coaching my clients to achieve their rehabilitation goals using active patient-centred care. I strongly believe that through education and corrective exercises you will feel better and you will gain enough skills to continue your rehabilitation journey independently.
I graduated from the University of Alberta with a Master of Science in Medical Genetics in 2008, and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 2010. I completed my acupuncture certification through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute in 2012. I started my manual therapy training taking orthopedic division courses and then completed my advanced manual therapy course through Swodeam institution in 2014. I am authorized to perform spinal manipulation. I became fascinated with tempo-mandibular joint dysfunction (TMJD) and cranio facial pain. Therefore, I pursued a six-years part time post professional training focusing on managing crania-facial and TMJ conditions . I earned my cranio-facial certification in 2017, and the degree of doctor of physical therapy in 2018. I completed an introductory and advance vestibular rehabilitation courses in 2018. I completed trigger point dry needling levels I and II from Acupuncture Canada in 2019. I became an ImPACT trained physiotherapist in 2020, a multidisciplinary treatment approach to manage concussion injuries. I am authorized to order MSK diagnostic imaging (X rays, ultrasound, MRI).
